🐾 Sharing the Love – Our Photo & Video Policy 🐾

We absolutely love capturing sweet moments with the pets we care for! From silly smiles to happy tail wags, these photos and short videos help us share the love and dedication behind MAZ Paws & Properties LLC. You may occasionally see your pet featured on our website, social media, or other promotional materials — always with the intention of celebrating them and the special bond we share.

We promise to use all photos and videos respectfully. We’ll never share personal information, and we’re mindful not to include details like your address or anything that could compromise your privacy.

Prefer to keep your pets (or property) off camera? No problem at all! Just email us at miazeinert@mazpawsandproperties.com or fill out the form to the right-> before your scheduled service, and we’ll make sure they stay out of the spotlight.

🐾 Client Discount Program & Service Agreement 🐾

MAZ Paws & Properties LLC
Effective Date: 7/01/2025

1. Program Eligibility

  • Discount programs are designed for clients on a fixed budget using MAZ Paws & Properties LLC pet care and/or home care services.
  • Eligibility requires scheduling and completing visits as outlined in the selected discount program.

2. Scheduling & Completion Requirements

  • Visits must be scheduled and completed within the specified timeframe of each discount program.

  • Clients must notify MAZ Paws & Properties LLC at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed visits or cancellations without 24-hour notice may result in forfeiting that visit and may affect discount eligibility unless rescheduled within 7 days with prior approval, as well as forfeiture of the refund.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments for scheduled visits must be made in full and on time to qualify for discounts and continued service.

  • Prepaid packages (e.g., Fixed Income Saver Plan) must be paid upfront and are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another client or visit date upon written approval.

  • Payments can be made via [CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash].

4. Discount Application

  • Discounts apply only after completion of required visits and receipt of full payment for those visits.

  • Discounts do not apply to additional services, products, or emergency visits outside the agreed visit schedule unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Visits canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled visit price.

  • No-shows or missed visits without notice are billed in full and may affect discount program status.

  • Refunds for prepaid packages are not issued except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of MAZ Paws & Properties LLC.

  • If a client terminates service early, unused prepaid visits may be transferable with approval, but are not refundable.

6. Program Changes and Termination

  • MAZ Paws & Properties LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate discount programs at any time with a 7 day notice.
  • Existing clients enrolled in a discount program at the time of change will be honored according to the terms they agreed to until program expiration or renewal.

7. Service Liability

  • MAZ Paws & Properties LLC will exercise reasonable care and professionalism during all pet care and home care services.

  • MAZ Paws & Properties LLC is currently not licensed or insured but is actively pursuing proper licensing and insurance coverage. Clients acknowledge this status upon booking services.

  • Clients acknowledge and accept that MAZ Paws & Properties LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the provision of services unless caused by gross negligence.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about pets, home conditions, and access details.

8. Agreement Acceptance

The client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions, including discount program rules, payment, cancellation, and liability policies.
